How I work

I offer personalized coaching in fitness and nutrition, taking into account your physical condition, your hormonal system, your lifestyle, and your goals. My sessions take place at home or outdoors, in the Canton of Geneva, for individual coaching as well as in little groups, in French or English. All necessary equipment is provided and brought by me.

 

Personal & group training

Strength training, cardio, mobility, Pilates... Each session is tailor‑made to your goals, fitness level, daily form and hormonal stage — whether you’re in your menstrual phase, pregnant, menopausal... — ensuring it perfectly suits your body’s changing needs.

 

Nutritional coaching

Far from restrictive diets, I help you better understand your diet, adapt it to your cycle, your real needs, and find a balanced relationship with food in line with your goals.

No magic bullet. Sleep, movement, exercise, a nutritious diet, and what works best for you.

All follow-ups are suitable for women of all ages, with or without fitness experience.
