1. Reservation Policy

Price and payment: payment is made online at the time of booking or in cash in person.

Confirmation: an automatic confirmation email with a summary of the session is sent as soon as payment is validated.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the client: possible up to 48 hours before the start of the course, free of charge.

Cancellation fees: Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the session will result in a 50% charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in a 100% charge.

Absence without notice: no full refund of the session.

Refund and credit: in the event of a compliant cancellation, the amount is refunded.

 

3. Conditions of purchase

Purchase of a session: valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. Non-refundable if unused.

Session packs

5-session pack: valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase. Non-refundable if unused.

10-session pack: valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Non-refundable if unused.

 

4. Waiting List Policy

Activation: When a session is full, registrations are automatically placed on the waiting list.

Notification: In case of cancellation, places are offered to participants on the waiting list via email and SMS.
